Event Management

Event management is often overlooked.   Many times, events attempt to cut costs because hosting events can be expensive.  There are a lot of moving parts during an event.  We can manage every aspect of an event seamlessly. 

Event Coordinating

With over 10 years of wedding coordinating and event planning, we have you covered!  We’ve worked in every phase and aspect of the hospitality and service industry.  We know how to communicate and manage each vendor involved in an event.

  • Onsite Coordinator during the event
  • Distribution of final payments for vendors
  • Oversee coordination of breakdown
  • Oversee all rental equipment is packed and returned to vendors
  • Creation of marketing and education material
  • Wedding Coordinating Services Includes:
  • Complimentary consultation prior to booking.

  • Accessibility by e-mail or phone for questions
  • 2-hour consultation meeting to go over the status
  • Site visit at the venue to review layout, floor plan, décor, and other recommendations
  • Creation of your event timeline
  • Communication with all vendors regarding event timeline, arrival times, specifications and plan for returning of equipment, if applicable
  • Final consultation meeting 1-2 weeks prior to the event
  • On-site Coordinator during the wedding
  • The direction of rehearsal (1 or 2 nights prior)
  • Wedding emergency kit

  • Wrap up details after bride and groom depart
  • Oversee safe packing and transportation of gifts and cards
  • Ensure all rental equipment is packed and returned
